We collect personal data directly from you when you:

• Contact us through the website form — name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message.
• Apply for or are offered an internship — name, email address, college/institution, year of study, roll number, department, role, stipend, and engagement dates.
• Are onboarded as a freelance trainer — name, email address, phone number, teaching domain, college/client location, engagement basis and duration, pay rate, experience, technical stack, and portfolio/profile links.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this website.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To process internship and freelance trainer engagements, including generating and emailing offer letters and, for interns, QR-verifiable completion certificates.
• To administer our internal records of trainers and vendors we engage for training delivery.
• To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that let this website and its workflows function, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication for the information described above.
• Cloudflare (R2 storage) — storage of generated offer letters and certificates.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (offer letters, contact form notifications).
• Vercel — website hosting and cookie-free, aggregated visitor analytics.

These providers may process data on servers located outside India. We only work with providers that maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or store personally identifiable information, to understand aggregate traffic to this website. The admin portal uses strictly necessary authentication cookies to keep authorized staff signed in; these are not used for tracking or advertising.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of an internship or engagement and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping — or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
